Bon Accord remain on course to retain the Press and Journal Trophy for a tenth successive year following their defeat of Ellon in last night's game. They will play Queens Cross in next week's semi-final. Cults B and Stonehaven meanwhile have qualified for the semi-finals of the plate competition on Monday.

 

In Group D St Ronald recovered from 4 for 3 to edge past Grammar FPs in their opening Group D tie, while in Group C a strong Mannofield Seven won their opening game against Cults A.
