WE REALISE THAT A NUMBER OF CLUBS HAVE NOT HAD THEIR AGM's BUT AN INDICATION AS TO WHICH CUP COMPETITIONS YOUR CLUB WOULD LIKE TO ENTER WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THIS WILL HELP DAVID IN GETTING THE FACILITIES BOOKED ASAP. MANY THANKS 

Club Secretaries are reminded to complete and return the attached copy of the Player Registration Form and Club Contact Form to David Jones.

NB Each time the Player Registration Form is updated please ensure that the amendment is added to your original submission i.e. the complete updated Form returned and NOT just the amendment or email. This avoids having to keep track of numerous email and versions of the Form from each Club.
