Notice is hereby given of the attached proposals by the Rules Committee, to be considered at the AGM on Sunday November 30^th 2008 [please note change of date from that originally proposed].  No other proposals for Rule changes have been received.

Clubs wishing to propose amendments to the under-noted proposals must submit the same, supported by not less than three clubs, to the Association Secretary by noon on Friday November 14^th. 2008.
