PROPOSED CHANGES TO RULES 2009 - Rule 4B Updated
Notice is hereby given of the attached proposals by the Rules Committee, to be considered at the AGM on Sunday November 30th 2008 [please note change of date from that originally proposed]. No other proposals for Rule changes have been received.
Clubs wishing to propose amendments to the under-noted proposals must submit the same, supported by not less than three clubs, to the Association Secretary by noon on Friday November 14th. 2008.DM Jones
