In the final of the P&J Trophy, Bon Accord recorded their 10th victory of the P&J Trophy in a row by comprehensively beating Mannofield, despite the efforts of man-of-the-match B. Surva (48) the loss of 2 early wickets and tight bowling led by N. Mirza (2-9), the Mannofield men were restricted to a low total of 69 which allowed the opening Bon Accord batsman (F. Awan 48 and N. Mirza 19) to comfortably reach their target.
In the semi-finals Mannofield set a total of 108 that proved to much for the St Ronald team to chase down, with pick of the batting and bowling for Mannofield from B. Surva (40 and 2-10) and C. Burnett (28) and for St Ronald from E. Theron (27). Despite Bon Accord loosing early wickets they recovered with notable innings from A. Win (32no) and R. Dhiman (24) to post a reasonable total (90) that proved too much for the Queens Cross players to chase down as they were skittled out for 37 with T. Malik (2-6) doing the most damage.
