Following their defeat in last Sunday’s final of the Small Clubs Cup, league leaders Bon Accord will fancy their chances of bouncing back with home advantage against Inverurie on Saturday, and a cup semi-final at the County Ground against Mannofield on Sunday. Of their principal challengers meantime Cults face a tricky trip to Kintore, while Ellon could face a difficult game against Stonehaven, ahead of the two sides’ reverse fixture in the Cup semi-final on Sunday.
At the top of Grade 2 St. Ronald will not want to repeat their Cup defeat against Anchorians at the Duthie Park, while Cults-Artisans and Gordonians will fancy their chances at home to Fraserburgh and Crescent respectively.
2nd St. Ronald have an early repeat of their Reid Cup semi-final in Grade 3, while closest challengers Academy also have a home game against 2nd Ellon. Stoneywood-Dyce take on Knightriders and Turriff face Portcullis in the day’s key fixtures in Grade 4 with Kemnay having a free weekend.
