Attached are copies of the papers for the AGM which will held in the Bradman Suite, Mannofield, on Sunday November 20th 2011 at 3.00pm.
No additions or amendments have been proposed to the Rule Changes put forward by the Rules Committee, which therefore remain as originally circulated, but are re-enclosed for information.
Ian Stephen will be posting the papers out in hard copy at the start of the week.

In addition, Many thanks to those clubs that have paid the amounts due in relation to the 2011 dinner. Clubs with outstanding amounts are advised to make payment as a matter of urgency in order that the payment of appropriate invoices relating to the dinner can be made. Payment should be made in accordance with the details on the invoices that have already been issued to club secretaries.
