Rule changes

All proposals approved as submitted.  New penalty of 15 points deduction per team, rather than £5 fine, for non-attendance at General Meetings, applicable from Spring Meeting 2012.

Season 2012

Commences Saturday April 28th for all 4 grades.  Teams with ground unavailability dates to notify these to the Secretary by 31 January 2012.  Similarly fixtures in Strathmore Union/North League.

"Way Forward" Task Group

Persons wishing to be involved with the e-mail task force established to look at possible future developments in the Grades to make it more attractive in particular to younger players to contact P Gill, Vice-President.

Succession Planning

Persons wishing to put themselves forward or to discuss assisting in the future administrative affairs of the Association ahead of the potential future retirement of the current Secretary & Treasurer to make contact with the President or Vice-President of the Association.
