The only outstanding league fixture in Grade 4 came to an end with 2nd St. Ronald unable to field a team against 2nd Dunecht.

The Weather played its part in the semi-final of the Turriff Cup with Queens cross and Ellon Gordon’s game being abandoned after 3 balls of the second innings. The other semi-final resulted with Mannofield getting a walk-over with Kintore unable to raise a team.

Methlick v Queens Cross

Cults Mo & CoA closely-contested final saw Cults overcome Mannofield by just 4 runs in Sunday's Aberdeenshire Cup Final at Mannofield, to complete another Grade 1 league-cup double.  Bryan Alexander was adjudged man of the match for his innings of 65 which provided the platform for Cults' winning total. Elsewhere at Forfar, Kintore, beaten by Cults in Saturday's semi-final, overcame Ellon to claim the Scottish Small Clubs Cup, from which Cults were earlier excluded, having been adjudged to have fielded an ineligible player in terms of the rules of that competition.

The last full weekend of Grades cricket brought few surprises as Cults beat Mannofield to complete an undefeated run in the league to regain the Grade 1 title, with Bon Accord, Kintore and Ellon also recording wins which confirmed the long-anticipated relegation of Grammar FPs and Artisans; though Grammar came close to recording a surprise victory over Kintore.  As well as another undefeated century for Bon Accord’s Fazal Awan at Stonehaven, there were centuries for Ellon’s Louis Borstlap and Inverurie’s captain Tim Norval in the day’s highest-scoring encounter at Gordon Park.
